General questions

Do you offer region based pricing?

Surely! We understand that the travel industry behaves differently in each market geographically and hence we're very open to understand your region better and offer you a custom pricing. Feel free to reach out to us for this discussion.

Is there a trial period?

Yes, but not publicly accessible. While we understand that you might want to use the product before paying, we still need to know more about your business before we enable a 7 day trial with full product access or setup a product demo. For this, please signup and our team will reach out to you very soon.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Zenmer isn’t the best booking platform for your business, simply cancel your account.

How long are your contracts?

All Zenmer plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual or biennial plan.

Do you offer any volume discounts?

Yes, we offer a discounted per transaction rate based on the transaction volumes, so please feel free to reach out to us.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Is there a different pricing plan for each product?

No. All our products (Corporate SBT, TMC Mid+Back Office Tool, TMC B2B Tool, TMC API Exchange, and TMC B2C) have the same three plans based on the features you want access to.

What about corporate companies looking to use Zenmer for their company's business travel requirements?

That's great news! Corporates can just register here and someone from our team will reach out shortly. Since the bookings and inventory can only be activated via a TMC, corporates will still need to select a TMC to power their bookings.
There's no extra cost for the corporates apart from what's mentioned in the pricing plans and either the Corporate or TMC can subscribe to the preferred pricing plan as per their choice.

Is there a possibility to do custom development based on our requirements?

Surely! Our team wants to work very closely with you. If you want to develop a feature which we already have, we can simply activate it for you. If we don't have anything specific to your requirements, we're open to looking at the development scope.

Supplier API questions

How do we start using the supplier APIs? Do we have to pay anything extra to Zenmer to use any supplier API feed?

In order to use any supplier API, you need to get the API access with login credentials from the supplier itself. This might include paying them and signing a commercial agreement with them, so please speak with your account manager of each supplier that you want to activate if you don't have the API access yet.
From our end, there's no extra payment to activate any supplier API (except for any ERP/HRMS integration which we haven't yet integrated yet). Zenmer removes the need for you to spend months to integrate each API to build the booking engine that works in multi supplier, multi country and multi client environment.

What if we want to activate more than two supplier APIs for flights, hotels, cars, or trains?

We divide new supplier activations in two categories: 'Integrated with Zenmer' or 'New to Zenmer'.

Integrated with Zenmer: These APIs are already integrated with us and can be activated immediately. To access these APIs over and above your limits (based on your plan), we'll charge you a small one-time fee and activation will happen immediately. You can always reach out to us to know these charges beforehand.

New to Zenmer: These APIs aren't already integrated with us. To access these APIs over and above your limits (based on your plan). To quote your a fair one-time integration fee, we need to know the supplier name and study their API Documentation. Please reach out to us if you need help with this.

Which supplier APIs can we choose to activate from? What if a supplier API which we want to use, isn't yet supported by Zenmer to be used?

We request you to please follow our list of APIs that fall under our common supplier APIs category. This list keeps on increasing oftenly.
If you don't find your preferred supplier in the list, then it's probably 'New to Zenmer'. As mentioned above in the previous question, please reach out to us.

NDC airlines: 20+ airlines including LHG, IAG (BA), AA, EK, QR, SQ and more.
